Kellie Grubbs-Riccelli, President
Kellie has been employed with Custom Communications since its inception and has been president of Custom Communications since 2000. She has expanded the company's service and product offerings, including its entrance into the benefits outsourcing arena. The company has tripled its size in terms of revenue and client base since 2000. She is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day management of the company, as well as serving in an account management capacity for several corporate and public sector clients. Kellie's strengths are her project management skills, data management knowledge and attention to detail. She has over 10 years experience in the insurance industry.
She earned her Bachelor of Science degree from Babson College and did graduate study at Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute. She is a member of the New England Employee Benefits Council.

Donald Grubbs, Vice President - Fulfillment & Mailing Services
Donald joined Custom Communications in 1997, introducing the company's onsite mailing facility. As VP - Fulfillment & Mailing Services, he oversees this division of Communications, coordinating the mailing, fulfillment and distribution services on behalf of the company's client base. He specializes in managing simple lettershop mailings to complex fulfillment projects. Drawing on his previous experience in commercial sales and consumer relations, Donald has implemented excellent quality controls to ensure timely delivery and total customer satisfaction.

Jackie Fina, Senior Account Executive - Communications Division
Jackie has been with Custom Communications for over five years, specializing in employee benefit communications as a Senior Account Executive. She manages several of our large broker relationships for which we produce employee communications for their clients on a private-label basis. Jackie draws on over twelve years of industry experience. She is a results-driven executive with a strong background in project management and communications. She earned her Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Hartford and is currently pursuing her M.B.A.

Michelle Barry, Senior Account Executive - Benefits Outsourcing Division
Michelle joined Custom Communications in 2001 and oversees the Benefits Outsourcing Division in her role as Account Executive. Michelle's responsibilities include implementing new accounts and managing client relationships on an ongoing basis. She brings 11 years of experience in the health care industry with CIGNA HealthCare to the team, specializing in case installation. Michelle also managed the production of collateral materials in support of enrollment. Her strong analytical skills, exceptional customer service and attention to detail are tremendous assets to the Custom Communications team.

June Schilling, Graphic Design Director
June freelanced with Custom Communications starting in 1995 and formally came on board in March 1998. June has nearly 25 years experience in design, holding both agency and corporate positions. For the majority of her career, she has focused on Employee Benefit and Human Resources communications. Prior to joining us, she was a designer with LIMRA International and CIGNA HealthCare.
As graphic design director, June works closely with each client to establish objectives and guidelines, and sees each project through completion. She specializes in developing creative design and supervises all design work. She is a graduate from Paier College of Art.
